"I worked with Andrew while organising a private concert in Bali for 500 guests. You only get one chance to get an event right, and Andrew’s skills and support were integral in making this event a fantastic success.
He possesses an unprecedented level of professionalism, his organisational skills are second to none and his calming presence much appreciated in what can sometimes be a stressful and high-pressured situation. He took complete ownership of all the external vendors and suppliers, ensured that venue looked amazing and overcame any obstacles by thinking on his feet; pulling the team together and working outside the box so that everything ran seamlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew for anyone looking for an events consultant."

An 80s gig in Bali? What more of a dreamy event could you ask for. This remains firmly in the memoirs of case studies for being one of the most challenging, yet rewarding events of all time.
Picture the scene - Marc Almond, Belinda Carlisle, Midge Ure, Carol Decker, & Toyah Willcox performing on one evening, in front of a Balinese sunset. Serving up an intimate VIP dinner with meet and greet to a select number of guests, before the remaining guests arrived for food, drinks and a whole lot of fun. But fun and sunsets are the end product of what was a tremendously challenging and detailed event plan!

From scoping the brief to delivering the event, this was an end-to-end service that took time, thought and meticulous planning to achieve a successful outcome. This was not your ordinary setup - the venue was 2 large fields on a clifftop, so curating the event space and choregraphing the flow was vital. Next came the designs. From the pyramid shaped stage to the menu designs, the event had a clear theme throughout. All elements had to be designed, sourced and built from scratch - quite literally, building an entire event.

From building the stage to procuring the backline and production items from another country, all required detailed planning and severe budget control! Every step scrutinised, every touchpoint reviewed. This took months of planning but truly an all-encompassing event that took every bit of skill and resource to achieve.
