Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all services provided by Andrew Edwards Events (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services or using this website, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these T&Cs in full.

2. Services

  • We provide professional event management, consultancy, venue sourcing, entertainment coordination, and related services.

  • All services are delivered according to the agreed project brief or proposal.

  • Any additional services outside the agreed scope will be subject to separate fees and agreement.

3. Proposals, Quotes, and Payments

  • Written proposals and quotes are valid for the period specified in the document.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure dates and initiate planning.

  • Full payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice.

  • Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding the event, including dates, venue, guest numbers, budgets, and other relevant details.

  • Clients must cooperate with our requests for approvals, confirmations, and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Any delay or inaccuracy may affect delivery of services.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or governed by contract.

  • Additional fees may apply for significant changes to the project scope, schedule, or venue arrangements.

6. Liability

  • We take reasonable care in providing our services but cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions

    • Venue availability issues

    • Supplier defaults

  • Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid for services rendered. We act on behalf of customers and will make every effort to mitigate any risj with third party event partners, but the liability remains with the end-client.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, concepts, designs, and content produced by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may use materials solely for the purpose of the agreed event.

8. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive or personal information provided will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required to deliver services.

9. Data Protection

  • We comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

  • Personal data collected will be used solely to provide services and communicate with the client.

10. Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising under these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
